ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,293,879, issued on May 6, was assigned to AmRad Manufacturing LLC (Universal City, Texas).
"Electrolytic capacitive device" was invented by Robert M. Stockman (Palm Coast, Fla.).
