According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A post has an elongate shaft and a flat base. The base has the general shape of a non-rectangular parallelogram from which scoops and scallops have been excised. Excisions include a set of aligned scallops from each of two opposed first sides, and a single scoop from each of two opposed second sides.
