"Automated estimation of needed resources related to labeling a labeling service within a service provider network" was invented by Xiong Zhou (Bothell, Wash.), Min Bai (Jersey City, N.J.), Weifeng Chen (Redmond, Wash.), Alex Williams (Johnson City, Tenn.), Jonathan Buck (Mounain View, Calif.) and Li Erran Li (Palo Alto, Calif.).
