US Patent Issued to Amazon Technologies on March 25 for "Long range depth estimation sensor" (Massachusetts, Utah Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,259,229, issued on March 25, was assigned to Amazon Technologies Inc. (Seattle).

"Long range depth estimation sensor" was invented by Sergey M. Nikitin (Cambridge, Mass.), Sara Jean Woo (Andover, Mass.) and Jing Ma (Salt Lake City).
