"Network traffic management at radio-based application pipeline processing servers" was invented by Diwakar Gupta (Seattle), Benjamin Wojtowicz (San Francisco), Upendra Bhalchandra Shevade (Washington) and Ximeng Simon Yang (San Francisco).
