ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 4 -- United States Patent no. 12,318,432, issued on June 3, was assigned to Altor Bioscience LLC (Culver City, Calif.).
"BCG and IL-15 based molecules" was invented by Bai Liu (Culver City, Calif.), Peter Rhode (Culver City, Calif.), Wenxin Xu (Culver City, Calif.) and Hing C. Wong (Culver City, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The invention features combination therapies using an IL-15-based superagonist complex and an antibody to effectively treat subjects with cancer and infectious diseases."
