US Patent Issued to Alto-Shaam on March 18 for "Steam generation and drain system for modular oven" (Texas, Wisconsin Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,253,264, issued on March 18, was assigned to Alto-Shaam Inc. (Menomonee Falls, Wis.).

"Steam generation and drain system for modular oven" was invented by Craig Douglas Burnett (Slinger, Wis.), Philip R. McKee (Frisco, Texas), Lee Thomas VanLanen (McKinney, Texas) and Jeff Maddox (Garland, Texas).
