ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,313,707, issued on May 27, was assigned to Allegro MicroSystems LLC (Manchester, N.H.).

"Magnetoresistive sensor element having compensated temperature coefficient of sensitivity and method for manufacturing said element" was invented by Lea Cuchet (Moirans, France), Andrey Timopheev (Vif, France) and Jeffrey Childress (San Jose, Calif.).
