"Anti-SIRPAlpha antibodies and methods of use thereof" was invented by Andrew Pincetic (San Francisco), Wei-Hsien Ho (Belmont, Calif.), Patricia Culp (Oakland, Calif.) and Arnon Rosenthal (Woodside, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present disclosure is generally directed to compositions that include antibodies, e.g., monoclonal, antibodies, antibody fragments, etc., that specifically bind a SIRPA polypeptide, e.g., a mammalian SIRPA or human SIRPA, and use of such compositions in preventing, reducing risk, or treating an individual in need thereof."
