ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,370,082, issued on July 29, was assigned to ALCON INC. (Fribourg, Switzerland).

"Implant delivery device" was invented by Leo Anthony Trevino (Hurdle Mills, N.C.), Cheng Li (Durham, N.C.), Tyler Pegoraro (Raleigh, N.C.), Stuart Williams (Raleigh, N.C.), Thomas Shepard (Rolesville, N.C.), Peter Andrew Smith (Cary, N.C.), Matthew Charles Walker (Lillington, N.C.), Andrew John Corson (Apex, N.C.), Thomas Ralph Blackburn III (Holly Springs, N.C.) and Stephen James Couse (Apex, N.C.).
