ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,252,538, issued on March 18, was assigned to ALBERT EINSTEIN COLLEGE OF MEDICINE (Bronx, N.Y.).

"Monoclonal antibodies against IgV domain of B7-H3 and uses thereof" was invented by Xingxing Zang (New York).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present disclosure provides monoclonal antibodies that bind to an IgV domain of human B7-H3. Also provided are methods of using these antibodies in treating cancer and infection and in imaging B7-H3 positive cells."

The patent was filed on Nov. 15, 2019, under Application No. 17/294,560.
