ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,215,247, issued on Feb. 4, was assigned to Akzo Nobel Coatings International B.V. (Amsterdam).

"Coating composition for reinforced protective layer" was invented by Peter Visser (Amsterdam) and Dimitri Theodoor Leon Van Agterveld (Amsterdam).
