ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,419,877, issued on Sept. 23, was assigned to Akebia Therapeutics Inc. (Cambridge, Mass.).
"Solid forms of {[5-(3-chlorophenyl)-3-hydroxypyridine-2-carbonylamino}acetic acid, compositions, and uses thereof" was invented by James Densmore Copp (Silverthorne, Colo.), Ann W. Newman (Lafayette, Ind.) and Anne Luong (Mississauga, Canada).
