ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,335,236, issued on June 17, was assigned to Akamai Technologies Inc. (Cambridge, Mass.).

"Symbolic execution for web application firewall performance" was invented by Andrew Jacob Kahn (Yucca Valley, Calif.), Yannis Drougas (London) and Ameya Prakash Shendarkar (Oakland, Calif.).
