ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,500,464, issued on Dec. 16, was assigned to AISIN Corp. (Kariya, Japan).
"Rotor" was invented by Masayuki Ikemoto (Kariya, Japan), Takahiro Tsukamoto (Kariya, Japan) and Takahiro Odagi (Kariya, Japan).
