ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,385,155, issued on Aug. 12, was assigned to Airbus Operations GmbH (Hamburg, Germany) and AIRBUS SAS (Blagnac, France).

"Methods for anodizing a part surface and subsequently coating the anodized part surface for corrosion protection purposes" was invented by Mariana Paz Martinez-Vidamonte (Blagnac, France), Theodor Hack (Blagnac, France), Malte Burchardt (Hamburg, Germany) and Martin Beneke (Hamburg, Germany).
