"Electrostatic precipitator assembly and electrostatic air cleaner with conducting synthetic polymer plates" was invented by Igor Krichtafovitch (Kiev, Ukraine), Alan Viosca (Seattle) and Larry Rothenberg (Kensington, Md.).
