"Structural light fixture for a clean room ceiling" was invented by Robert J. Geiger (North Wales, Pa.), Jason Peers (Chalfont, Pa.), Juliann Michelle Hess (Denver, Pa.) and Andrew J. Kugler (Jenkintown, Pa.).
