ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,496,308, issued on Dec. 16, was assigned to Aeromics Inc. (New Haven, Conn.).

"Methods of administering a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of 2-{[3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenylcarbamoyl}-4-chlorophenyl dihydrogen phosphate" was invented by Marc F. Pelletier (Shaker Heights, Ohio), Paul Robert McGuirk (Spring Hill, Fla.) and George William Farr (Rocky River, Ohio).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Provided are novel formulations of 2-{[3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]carbamoyl}-4-chlorophenyl dihydrogen phosphate as described below and uses thereof."
