US Patent Issued to AEHR TEST SYSTEMS on March 18 for "Electronics tester" (California Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,253,560, issued on March 18, was assigned to AEHR TEST SYSTEMS (Fremont, Calif.).

"Electronics tester" was invented by Gaylord Lewis Erickson II (San Jose, Calif.) and Jovan Jovanovic (Santa Clara, Calif.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A tester apparatus is described. Various components contribute to the functionality of the tester apparatus to facilitate movement of a wafer pack holding a vacuum without human oversight. These functionalities include a latch system to keep the wafer pack intact and a pressure sensing system to detect and relay a pressure in the wafer pack."
