ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,366,960, issued on July 22, was assigned to Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (Santa Clara, Calif.).

"Memory system with region-specific memory access scheduling" was invented by Yi Xu (Beijing), Nuwan S. Jayasena (Santa Clara, Calif.) and Yuan Xie (State College, Pa.).
