ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 2 -- United States Patent no. 12,485,177, issued on Dec. 2, was assigned to ADS Therapeutics LLC (Irvine, Calif.).
"Topical ophthalmological compositions" was invented by Jinsong Ni (Irvine, Calif.), Van Dinh (Irvine, Calif.) and Rong Yang (Irvine, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A topical ophthalmological composition includes a muscarinic receptor antagonist as an active pharmaceutical ingredient; and medium chain triglycerides (MCTs) or light liquid paraffin oil as liquid vehicle. The topical ophthalmological composition treats an ocular disease."
