ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,269,828, issued on April 8, was assigned to Adovate LLC (Charlottesville, Va.).
"Cyclic amide-containing pyridyl xanthines as a 2 B antagonists" was invented by Robert D Thompson (Charlottesville, Va.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Described herein are cyclic amide-containing pyridyl-xanthines of formula I and pharmaceutical compositions thereof that are useful as antagonists of A2B adenosine receptors."
