ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,240,885, issued on March 4, was assigned to ADOC SSF LLC (South San Francisco, Calif.).
"Peptide-MHC compacts" was invented by Olivier Dalmas (San Carlos, Calif.), Zheng Pan (Freemont, Calif.), Michael Bethune (Castro Valley, Calif.) and Songming Peng (San Mateo, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Disclosed herein are antigenic peptide-MHC molecules, termed comPACTs, and methods of producing such molecules. Also disclosed herein are methods of producing libraries of comPACT polynucleotides and polypeptides, and their exemplary use in capturing cancer neoepitope-reactive T cells."
