"Generating stylized digital images via drawing stroke optimization utilizing a multi-stroke neural network" was invented by Aaron Phillip Hertzmann (San Francisco), Manuel Rodriguez Ladron de Guevara (Pittsburgh) and Matthew Fisher (San Francisco).
