ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,343,047, issued on July 1, was assigned to Additive Implants Inc. (Phoenix).
"Angled spinal fixation plate" was invented by John R. Ehteshami (Paradise Valley, Ariz.) and Mahyar Zoghi (Phoenix).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention relates to an implantable anterior cervical plate having a stackable superior design, which deflects soft tissue."
