ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,256,794, issued on March 25, was assigned to Acushnet Co. (Fairhaven, Mass.).
"Glove having detectable marks" was invented by Donald F. Zabkar Jr. (Newport, R.I.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Gloves including one or more layers having at least one radar detectable mark formed of radar detectable material and/or an infrared detectable mark formed of infrared absorbing ink disposed on the surface thereof are provided."
The patent was filed on March 16, 2022, under Application No. 17/696,106.
