ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,297,414, issued on May 13, was assigned to ABEC Inc. (Bethlehem, Pa.).

"Cell culture bioreactor" was invented by Shane Alexander Jaques Kilpatrick (Mississauga, Canada), Scott Raymond Pundsack (Georgetown, Canada) and Moin Ahmed (Waterloo, Canada).
