ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,370,056, issued on July 29, was assigned to 3SPINE Inc. (Chattanooga, Tenn.).

"Devices and methods for altering spinal lateral curvature" was invented by Marc M Peterman (Duxbury, Mass.), Steven C Humphreys (Chattanooga, Tenn.) and Scott Hodges (Soldatna, Alaska).
