ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,411,275, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to 3M Innovative Properties Co. (St. Paul, Minn.).

"Optical stack having absorbing polarizer, half-wave retarder, and reflective polarizer" was invented by Adam D. Haag (Woodbury, Minn.), Sun-Yong Park (Gyeonggi-do, South Korea) and Martin E. Denker (Vadnais Heights, Minn.).
