ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,448,551, issued on Oct. 21, was assigned to 3M Innovative Properties Co. (St. Paul, Minn.).

"Thermosettable precursor of a structural adhesive composition with corrosion resistance" was invented by Sohaib Elgimiabi (Dusseldorf, Germany) and Nurettin Yavuz (Dusseldorf, Germany).
