ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,281,199, issued on April 22, was assigned to 3M Innovative Properties Co. (St. Paul, Minn.).

"Polycarbonate polymer with siloxane repeat units, compositions, and methods" was invented by Carl A. Laskowski (Minneapolis) and Paul B. Armstrong (St. Paul, Minn.).
