ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 18 -- United States Patent no. 12,474,389, issued on Nov. 18, was assigned to 3M Innovative Properties Co. (St. Paul, Minn.) and Connected Intelligence Systems Ltd. (Netanya, Israel).
