"Microfluidic on-chip filters" was invented by Jorge Bernate (Pleasanton, Calif.), Rajiv Bharadwaj (Pleansanton, Calif.), Donald A. Masquelier (Pleasanton, Calif.) and Tobias Daniel Wheeler (Alameda, Calif.).
