According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A wave power device is disclosed for extracting power from water waves and converting it into clean renewable electricity. The wave power device is comprised of three parts. The first part comprises a set of wave collection tubes. The two wave collection tubes are placed in parallel to the advancing wave front and adjacent to each other and offset by one half of a wavelength.
