According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A glass with attached jewel device has an item of drinkware such as a glass, optically clear adhesive, and a jewel piece. The glass has a base, a wall extending up from the base, and a rim opposite the base. The wall curves upon two axes with different radii.
