According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "This is a lightweight and portable sit-to-stand lift that can be easily assembled. It comes with components that can be stowed on a transport wheelchair. The lift is designed with a grab bar in the handicap bathroom, which supports the wheelchair user and eliminates the need for a heavy base as part of the lift.
