According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An obedience training pet leash and harness system includes a housing. A primary leash is coiled within the housing. The primary leash extends from an opening in the housing with a primary lead that is disposed on a distal end of the primary leash, outside of the housing.
