"Swivel eyelet for hanging articles" was invented by Rajan Kapoor (New Delhi).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention provides a swivel eyelet for hanging or suspending articles above the ground, e.g., on a ceiling, at any desired angle, example including and not limited to 30deg, 45deg, 60deg, 180deg etc. The swivel eyelet can be adjusted at any desired angle, and an article can be suspended at that angle. The swivel eyelet is safe and easy to use."
