According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The subject invention is a headrest and sleeping apparatus having a specific structure to allow for an individual, while seated, to lean forward and rest the individual's head on a cushion that can be adjusted to place the cushion in a desired position."
