According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A tower includes a base section; a tower section hinged to the base section; a hinge assembly between the base section and the tower section, the hinge assembly defines a hinge axis about which the tower section hinges relative to the base section; and a flexible cable guide link assembly attached to the tower section such that the flexible cable guide link assembly extends across the hinge axis and into the base section."
