According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention is directed to a tissue cover. The tissue cover may comprise a base, a cover, a brush, and a toilet paper holder. The tissue cover may be a dispenser for a roll of toilet paper. The dispenser may sit on a bathroom counter or mount onto a bathroom wall.
