According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A leveling and spacing device may include an elongated device body. A level may be provided on the device body. At least two spaced-apart member notches may be provided in the device body. Accordingly, a first structure member of the building structure may initially be deployed in place in the structure.
