ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,414,896, issued on Sept. 16.

"Eye exercising and monitoring method" was invented by Rohan Vishnubhai Patel (Bensalem, Pa.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A method for an eye exercise is to exercise various eye muscles to keep them active and in better shape. The method comprises of showing two visuals to a user wherein one of the two visuals is at closer proximity than other. Allowing the user to focus on the two visuals and monitoring the user's response to assure participation in the exercise."

The patent was filed on Dec. 14, 2020, under Application No. 17/121,673.
