According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A landscaping tool comprising a disc rotatably attached to an attachment end of an arm. The disc comprises a sharp edge, allowing for cutting, breaking, severing, etc. of various landscape features during lateral and rotational movement of the disc.
