"Water rescue drone" was invented by Stephen William Anderson (Rochelle, Ill.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention relates to a rescue device capable of making multiple rescues in all weather and light conditions and rescuing conscious and unconscious persons, pets, and conveyances."
The patent was filed on Nov. 3, 2021, under Application No. 17/300,775.
