According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An apparatus for concealed dispensing of rolled sheet type material includes a body having a faceplate that can be flush mounted on an associated planar mounting surface. The faceplate has an elongated slot that received sheet material therethrough. A roll of the sheet material is received on an L-shaped mounting member, forming a spindle configured to receive the roll thereon."
