According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A new and distinct cultivar of Sansevieria plant named 'HANSOTI46' is disclosed, characterized by extra wide golden yellow borders on both sides of the leaf. Occasionally these can be wide enough to cover most of the leaf. The foliage is also characterized by vivid and distinct longitudinal bands and streaks of gold yellow along the length of the leaf lamina.
