"Keypad health and diagnostics system and processes" was invented by Kevin Ray Stoops (Bucyrus, Kan.) and Randolph Cook (Spring Hill, Fla.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A method of determining keypad health is provided. The method includes identifying the frequency of signals associated with the keypad and providing a warning when the frequency reaches a threshold value."
The patent was filed on May 1, 2023, under Application No. 18/142,018.
