According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A climate control container maintains herbs fresh for extended periods of time. The container includes a container part with a cylindrical wall attached to a base forming an internal volume for herbs. A top, climate control part connects to the cylindrical wall of the container part. A layering system is placed in an upper portion of the internal volume that includes plates in a top-down vertical arrangement.
